Indianapolis, IN, December 18, 2023 – The Indy Autonomous Challenge (IAC), returns to CES® 2024, pushing the boundaries of autonomous racing and showcasing the future of autonomous mobility. This highly anticipated return will captivate audiences with the unveiling of the IAC’s Next Gen Autonomous Racecar, along with a thrilling night race at the iconic Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
As media, you are invited to attend the following VIP events, please register in advance to hold your spot.
January 8, 2024 - MEDIA ONLY: IAC Press Conference (CES Media Badge Required)
What: The Indy Autonomous Challenge will unveil its Next Gen Autonomous Racecar with several new and enhanced features, including some world’s firsts. The IAC will also reveal its full 2024 schedule, including a historic two-stage race at the world’s most renowned tracks.
When: 4–4:30 PM PST, Monday, January 8, 2024
Where: Mandalay Bay, Palm A (Level 3)

January 11, 2024 - Autonomous Challenge @ CES 2024 (CES Media Badge Required)
What: No lights? No problem! The Indy Autonomous Challenge returns to CES 2024 pushing the limits of autonomous mobility “Racing After Dark” at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
When: 3:30-6 PM Thursday, January 11, 2024 (must be a CES registered attendee)
Where: Las Vegas Motor Speedway (rideshare drop off or parking available)

Rideshare drop off or parking options are available at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
3:30 PM: Race event starts.
4:30 PM: Race event ends.
4:45 PM: Next Generation Racecar Demonstration Laps.
5:30 PM: “Racing After Dark” no track lights, LED-enhanced cars, running in the dark.
6 PM: Event ends.
January 9-12, 2024 - IAC Exhibit at CES 2024
What: Beyond the thrilling competition on the track, the IAC will partner with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) to host a major exhibition in the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) West Hall #5901, featuring the return of the Innovation Paddock. This showcase will spotlight the technological innovations and companies that partner with the IAC to advance the field of autonomous mobility. Several global industry partners have contributed technology and engineering expertise to the IAC Next Gen Autonomous Racecar including: Bridgestone, Cisco, Continental, dSPACE, Luminar, Marelli, New Eagle, NI, VectorNav, and more.
When: January 9-12, 2024, during CES show hours
