The Indy Autonomous Challenge is a unique competition blending cutting edge robotics technologies with one of America’s favorite pastimes: racing. Many companies are working on autonomous vehicles with the goal of transforming how people and goods are transported. We hope this competition will raise awareness of autonomous vehicles to diverse audiences that have not been exposed to the subject, showcase the technology in the most demanding high-speed and competitive environment, and ultimately advance the state of autonomous technology.
Our team was formed from four university teams with diverse perspectives and talents and includes students from several other schools as well. We believe our team’s composition gives us a unique advantage in a rapidly changing and challenging competition. We welcome collaboration, and aim to make this competition an unforgettable experience for our all-student team.
